01

The short version

  • No cookies, advertising pixels or analytics are used on this website.
  • We don’t sell or rent personal information, or share it for advertising.
  • We receive your name, email address and message only when you contact us, and use them to reply.
02

When you contact us

The contact form does not send anything from this website. When you select “Compose email”, it opens your own email app with your name, email address, optional phone number, service topic and message filled in. Nothing is transmitted unless you send that email yourself.

When you email us, call us or send the form, we receive the information you choose to give us and use it to reply, to provide the services you ask about and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our email is provided by Google Workspace, which processes messages on our behalf.

Don’t include sensitive personal information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, in a first message.

03

Information collected automatically

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts are served from this website rather than a third party.

Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Vercel, whose servers necessarily receive technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use that information to identify or profile visitors.

05

How information is shared

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email and website hosting providers, when required by law, or with your permission. We do not sell personal information.

06

Keeping and protecting information

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond to you, provide our services and meet legal or business record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

07

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing patrick@broadwayels.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

08

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

09

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, for example if we add analytics or a form service, we will update this page and the date at the top.
